Our offices accept consultations by reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a reservation for your consultation date in advance by telephone (+81-3-3286-6100) or the inquiry form. If you require a prompt response, please phone us during office hours.
When making a reservation, please provide us with a summary of the details of your consultation, how you knew about our offices (if introduced by someone, please let us know the name of the person). Furthermore, please understand that we cannot provide consultations via telephone.

At the initial consultation we will ask you about the detailed circumstances of your consultation. If you have materials relevant to your consultation please bring them with you. We will also provide an explanation regarding our attorney fees, so if you have a particular budget please let us know.
Furthermore, our offices do not provide free consultations except in cases such as legal advice sponsored by the bar association. Please note that initial consultations normally require an hour or longer. If you have any questions please inquire at the time of your consultation reservation.

If we end up taking your case after the initial consultation, we will execute an engagement agreement with you.

In the engagement agreement you may be asked to pay a initiation fee or other advance payment before we start on your case.
In such cases we will start working on your case after receiving payment. We generally ask that payments be made by bank transfer.

We will start on your case after confirming payment of the initiation fee, etc. However, in cases such as those requiring emergency response, we can respond flexibly to your circumstances.
